How to make it
Brown chicken thighs in olive oil.
Saute onions in olive oil.
Add blended tomatoes and peppers.
Add chicken and spices. Cook till chicken is done.
You can use chicken thighs or drumsticks and the steps will be the same.
Serve with cauliflower rice for a low carb dinner!
