Keto Shrimp Coconut Curry

Marinate the shrimps with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

STEP 1

Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger in coconut oil for 2-3 minutes.

STEP 2

Pour in the coconut milk and add cumin, curry, cinnamon.

STEP 3

 Bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.

STEP 4

Add in the shrimps with the marinade and stir.

STEP 5

Cook till the shrimps are done (about 10 minutes).

STEP 6

Serve with cauliflower rice!
