Lamb Curry with Coconut Milk
What you'll need:
red bell peppers
yellow bell peppers
Sauté onions, garlic & ginger in olive oil, in an instant pot.
How to make it
Add the lamb meat and stir till it begins to brown.
Add coconut milk and spices and set the pressure to 20 minutes.
Add bell peppers and stir. Adjust spices if needed.
Add spinach and simmer till the curry begins to thicken.
