Lamb Curry with Coconut Milk

What you'll need:

Ginger

Garlic

red bell peppers

Lamb meat

Spinach

Onions

yellow bell peppers

Sauté onions, garlic & ginger in olive oil, in an instant pot.

Add the lamb meat and stir till it begins to brown.
