Brown the chicken on each side for about 10 minutes each.

How to make it

Add the chopped onions to the olive oil and sauté.

Pour in the blended tomato and pepper mix and cook for about 5 minutes.

Add in the chicken thighs, broth and simmer for about 20 minutes.

When browning the chicken, do it in batches if you need to, but don't overcrowd the pan.
