Make this super easy and juicy Instant Pot Pulled Pork for a tasty lunch or dinner. This recipe is made with simple ingredients and is great for dinner or gatherings!
Mix olive oil and pork seasoning in a small bowl, then rub all over the pork loin.
Turn your instant pot to the saute setting and add olive oil.
Brown the pork loin for 5 minutes, stirring every few minutes.
Remove the pork from the instant pot and pour in the broth.
Using a wooden spoon to deglaze the pot.
Add the pork back to the bottom of the pot and set the instant pot on high pressure for 45mins.
Let the pressure cooker do a natural release for 20 minutes, then quick release the remaining pressure.
Remove the pork, place it on a plate and shred it with two forks.
Stir in the sugar-free BBQ and serve.

Follow the instructions above, but cook on low for 8 hours in a slow cooker.
