Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts with paper towels.
If your chicken breasts are thick, place them on a plastic cutting board and slice them lengthwise into two equal halves.
Season the chicken breast pieces generously with the chicken seasoning.
Add the butter and olive oil to a large skillet.
When heated, arrange the chicken in a single layer.
Brown the chicken breast on one side for about 5 minutes on medium-high heat. Make sure the lid is partially covered.
Gently flip it over and brown the other side for 5 more minutes with the lid covered.
