Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Wings
Whip up a platter of these air fryer buffalo chicken wings in a heartbeat. It's so healthy and nutritious, your family would ask for seconds. And thirds!

Ingredients

buffalo sauce
Olive oil spray
black pepper
garlic powder
salt
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 390F.
Wash and pat dry the chicken wings.
Rub chicken wings with olive oil.
Mix the salt, black pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
Rub chicken wings with spices.
Place the wings in the air fryer on a single layer.
Air fry for 20 mins, flipping halfway.
Pour in buffalo sauce and mix till the chicken wings are fully coated.
Notes
This recipe serves 6 and contains 1 net carb per serving.
For best results, spray the air fryer basket with a bit of olive oil. It'll help prevent the wings from sticking to it and further crisp up the wings.
Another of my favorite ways of crisping up chicken wings is by increasing the temperature to 400F in the last five minutes of air frying them.
Add some cayenne pepper to make your chicken wings extra spicy!
Let the chicken wings rest on a wire rack or a paper towel before mixing to reduce oil drippings.
