cauliflower

buffalo sauce

teaspoon
smoked paprika

garlic powder
olive oil spray
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375F.
Chop cauliflower into florets.
Combine buffalo sauce with spices in a large bowl.
Add cauliflower florets and toss till well coated.
Arrange cauliflower in a single layer in air fryer.
Air fry for 10-15 minutes
Shake after a few minutes.
Bring out and serve when ready.

An easy way to know the crispy cauliflower is ready is when the florets turn a golden brown color and are fork-tender.
Before air frying, chop the cauliflower florets into approximately the same size bite-sized pieces so that they all cook evenly.

Before frying, spray the florets with olive oil spray or cooking oil to make them nice and crispy.
