Instructions
Pour all the spice ingredients into a small bowl and mix them properly.
Store in an airtight container.
Use about one teaspoon for thin chops or one tablespoon for thick chops.
Notes
This recipe serves 10 tablespoon and each tablespoon contains 1 net carb.
You can customize this dry rub recipe to your taste. Add some white pepper, onion powder, or even more chili powder.
You can also pour all the spices into a ziplock bag, then shake to mix.
This recipe calls for smoked paprika for its particular taste, but you can use regular paprika instead.
Shake off excess seasoning from the pork chop after rubbing it in or crumbs of it would fall off while roasting and burn.
