First, preheat the air fryer at 400F for 3 minutes.
Arrange the frozen brussel sprouts in the air fryer basket on a single layer.
Air fry at 390F for five minutes or till the brussel sprouts are defrosted.
In a mixing bowl, mix the oil and spices together.
Use a brush to rub them on the brussel sprouts. Shake to make sure they are evenly coated.
Air fry for 10 more minutes.

To get rid of the bitter taste of brussel sprouts, you need to cook them long enough. To be sure they are no longer bitter and have caramelized, they should have slightly charred leaves and be slightly golden brown in color.
For best results, make sure to arrange the brussel sprouts in a single layer so that the hot air can circulate and crisp up the outsides. If they are more than can fit, do them in batches.
