Instructions
Add the almond milk first, then add the other ingredients.
Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender or nutri-bullet for 30 seconds to a minute.
Serve hot or cold.
Notes
This recipe serves 1 and has 4 net carbs per serving.
To drink it cold, pour over ice.
To drink it hot, heat ingredients on the stove or microwave after blending.
You can substitute the almond milk with coconut milk.
For a vegan or dairy-free option, you can leave out the heavy whipping cream and possibly add more coconut milk to increase the fat content.
If you struggle with the taste of turmeric, add a pinch of salt to tone it down a bit.
