Ingredients

coconut aminos

oil for frying
Instructions
Split the chicken wings at the joint, wash and pat dry.
Rub a little salt on the chicken wings and fry till crisp (about 10 – 15 minutes).
When the chicken is almost ready, start preparing the sauce.
In a separate pan, melt the butter on low heat and add the coconut aminos.
Add in the ghost pepper, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon pepper.
Stir till all the spices are blended in.
Put the fried chicken wings in a bowl and stir in the sauce.
Let it cool down for a few minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
This recipe serves 12 and contains 0 net carbs per serving.
When adding the ghost pepper, pour it very slowly on the measuring spoon or it can quickly spill over and make the hot wings too spicy to consume.
If you don’t have a ¼ measuring spoon, use 3 – 4 drops.
You can make it less spicy by using only 1/8 tsp of ghost pepper or increase the spiciness by using ½ tsp.
