Peppered Gizzard Recipe

What you'll need:

Bell peppers

Scallions

Spices

Gizzard

Habanero pepper

Onions

Olive oil

Wash gizzards and boil for 15 minutes with some salt and pepper.

How to make it:

Blend the peppers and chop the onions and scallions.

Fry the gizzards in olive oil in a wide pan or skillet.

Take the gizzards out and drain when done.

Sauté onions in olive oil and add the blended peppers.

Add the gizzards and simmer for a few minutes.

Garnish with chopped scallions and serve!
