Perfectly seasoned with a mix of delicious spices, these juicy air fryer turkey burgers are the perfect protein for any meal! They come together quickly and will be a new family favorite for those busy weeknights!
In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and mix them together.
Form 4-6 small balls and place them in the air fryer basket.
Gently flatten them to form a burger shape.
Air fryer for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Since different air fryers cook at different speeds and temperatures, use a meat thermometer to take the internal temperature of the patties. You'll know they're done when they reach 165 degrees F.
Feel free to adapt this recipe to your liking and add any of your favorite spices, like Italian seasoning or my delicious homemade poultry seasoning.
If you only need a few delicious burgers immediately, freeze the extra patties with a layer of parchment paper between them. Thaw and cook them like normal for a delicious turkey burger any night of the week.
Feel free to substitute soy sauce for the coconut aminos or even a couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce for a savory flavor.
These burgers taste just as great with ground chicken, too.
