Add the almond milk first, then add the other ingredients.
1 cup almond milk, ¼ cup heavy whipping cream, 1 tablespoon turmeric powder, ½ teaspoon ginger powder, 2 teaspoon monk fruit sweetener, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender or nutri-bullet for 30 seconds to a minute.
Serve hot or cold.

You can substitute the almond milk with coconut milk.
