Ingredients

stick
unsalted butter
3
tablespoon
fresh parsley
2
tablespoon
fresh oregano

tablespoon
fresh thyme

cloves
garlic

Instructions
Make sure the butter is softened.
2 stick unsalted butter
Add butter to a bowl with all the spices.
3 tablespoon fresh parsley,
2 tablespoon fresh oregano,
4 cloves garlic,
1 tablespoon salt,
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
Mix with a whisk till the spices are well combined.
You can use the butter immediately or freeze for later.
Notes
Use unsalted butter when making your compound butter. This will help keep the mixture from being too salty.
Do not melt the butter! This is very important. It should be softened or at room temperature, not melted.
You can easily double or triple this recipe to make as much as you need. Make a large batch now, freeze it, and use it when you're ready.
