  • 2 Skinny Noodles
  • 1/2 cabbage
  • 100 g chicken
  • 1/4 cup Palm Oil
  • 1/4 bell pepper
  • 2 cups mixed veggies broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • Spices salt, pepper, crayfish, chicken bouillon powder, and thyme


  • Chop cabbage, bell pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  • Wash noodles and put on a frying pan on low heat to evaporate excess liquid.
  • In another skillet, pre-heat oil and add tomato sauce, chopped bell pepper, and cayenne pepper. Stir for 5 mins.
  • Add mixed veggies, chicken and spices. Stir and leave on medium heat for 5 mins.
  • Add shirataki noodles and leave for 5-10 mins.
  • Serve and enjoy. Yum!
