This air fryer stuffed mushroom recipe is packed with so much flavor and makes a quick and delicious appetizer for your next dinner party or get-together!
Using a damp cloth, wipe down each of the mushrooms.

Remove the stem from the mushrooms, then scoop out the centers. You can do this using a small teaspoon.
Using a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese in a medium bowl for 1 or 2 minutes.
8 oz cream cheese
Next, add the grated cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped parsley, diced spring onion, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika and 1 tablespoon of the parmesan cheese.
3 tablespoon fresh parsley, 2 tablespoon cooked bacon, 1 spring onion, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ¼ teaspoon italian seasoning, ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika, ½ cup grated cheddar cheese, 3 tablespoon parmesan cheese
Mix everything together.
Stuff the mushrooms with the cheese mixture.
Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you might need to bake the mushrooms in a few batches.
Cook at 360F for 5 minutes. Then open the air fryer and top each of the mushrooms with the remaining parmesan cheese and bake for another 3 to 5 minutes.
3 tablespoon parmesan cheese
Remove the mushrooms from the air fryer and serve.
Notes
To give these mushrooms a kick, add jalapenos, habaneros, or cayenne pepper to the filling!
For a different flavor, you can chop up some mint, thyme, or basil in addition to the parsley.
Instead of bacon, you can use ground sausage, making these stuffed mushrooms a bit hardier.
Some other vegetables that go great in this recipe include green peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, or chopped spinach.
