Instructions
Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.
½ cup almond flour,
¼ cup powdered erythritol,
¼ teaspoon salt
Next, add the peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla extract and combine all the ingredients until you get a dough-like consistency.
2 ½ tablespoons peanut butter,
2 tablespoons butter,
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Form balls from the dough using your hands, about one tablespoon per ball.
Place them in the fridge to slightly set.
Notes
To give the keto peanut butter bombs more flavor and texture, add low-sugar dried fruits or
keto-friendly chocolate chips
to the mix.
You can also dip these low-carb fat bombs into melted
low-carb chocolate
before it cools.
Make sure you use powdered sweeteners and not granular sweeteners to prevent the fat bombs from being gritty.
