If you're not familiar with the keto diet, it's all about high-fat, low-carb foods, and that's exactly what these peanut butter bombs will give you.

Fat bombs are little bites of deliciousness that you can enjoy throughout the day to curb your appetite. They're filling and satisfying snacks or desserts, which means they will help you keep full while helping you burn fat instead of carbs to give you energy.

❤️ Why you'll love it

They're super easy to make, and there is no cooking or baking involved! You only need a few ingredients to make these keto peanut butter bites. Just mix and form the small balls; they're perfect for snacking!

You can make them ahead of time and enjoy them throughout the week, whether at home, at work, or in between your busy day-to-day activities.

There is nothing fancy needed here! You will need a bowl to mix the ingredients and a container to store them in. Any airtight container will work.

🧾 Ingredients Used

Almond flour, butter, peanut butter,salt
  • Almond flour: Almond flour is my go-to because it's low in carbs and high in healthy fats.
  • Peanut butter: Use your favorite brand of creamy peanut butter, not crunchy.
  • Sweetener: I use powdered erythritol, but you can also use powdered monk fruit sweetener.
  • Softened butter: Make sure the butter is softened before you mix the ingredients so that it mixes well into the smooth peanut butter.
  • Salt: Just a little bit of salt counters the peanut butter. You can adjust the amount to suit your taste preference.
  • Vanilla extract: Adding a bit of vanilla will help give these keto peanut butter fat bombs some extra flavor.

🔪 How To Make This Recipe

  1. Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine. This includes the almond flour, powdered erythritol, and salt.
  2. Next, add the peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla extract and combine until you get a dough-like consistency.
  3. Form small balls from the dough using your hands. Eyeball it, but it should be about one tablespoon per ball. If you feel more comfortable using a tablespoon to measure, you can.
  4. Place them in the fridge to slightly set.

The ingredients in the listed peanut butter are horrible and cause inflammation. You should always use peanut butter with only one (1) ingredient: peanuts. Crazy Richard’s is probably the best tasting & clean.
