Mix the olive oil and spices in a bowl.
Liberally rub the seasoning all over the cod fish.
Line your air fryer with parchment paper (optional).
Place the cod fish in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the cod fish flakes easily with a fork.
Use a meat thermometer to make sure the internal temperature is at least 145F.

If you need to make a large batch of this air fryer fish recipe, you can use a regular oven with a convection setting. This will circulate the hot air just like an air fryer, but you can make a ton of fish at once. It's perfect for parties!
For fish tacos, cut the cod into small bite-sized pieces before cooking.
Bake until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
Thaw frozen cod overnight and pat it to remove any excess moisture.
