You can make your shake and bake pork chops at home! This homemade version is healthier, low-carb, and gluten-free and does not contain any preservatives.

4
bone-in pork chops
about 1-inch thick
2.5
tablespoon
pork seasoning
2
cups
pork rinds
3
tablespoon
olive oil
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425F.
Add the pork seasoning, pork rinds, and olive oil to a large Ziploc bag. Shake to combine the ingredients.

Add each pork chop to the bag and shake to combine. Take it out and set aside.

Do the same for all the pork chops.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper and lightly grease it.
Arrange the pork chops in a single layer and bake for 25 minutes.
Check with a meat thermometer that the pork chops have reached an internal temperature of 145F.
Notes
Try using different seasonings or spices to change up the flavor of these pork chops. You can try this
all-purpose seasoning
or
creole seasoning
.
Use a
pair of tongs
to add the pork chops to the Ziploc bag and take it out for mess-free cooking.
Substitute pork chops for other cuts of pork, such as
pork
tenderloin, for a different texture.
Use a
meat thermometer
to ensure the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145F for food safety.
Allow the cooked pork chops to rest for a few minutes before serving.
You can make these shake-and-bake pork chops in the
air fryer
. Just set the temperature to 400F and air fry for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
