African Fish & Seafood Recipes
Fish and seafood have always had a big place at the African table, and for very good reason. The flavors you get from combining fresh fish with bold African spices and rich stew bases are absolutely incredible. Growing up, there was always some kind of fish dish on the stove, and the smell of it cooking is one of my favorite food memories. These recipes capture all of that magic in a totally keto-friendly way. Quick to make, deeply flavored, and so satisfying every single time.
Some of my favorites here are Pan Seared Tilapia, African Fish Stew, Banga Soup, Fish Pepper Soup, and Peppered Croaker Fish. Every recipe is bold, flavorful, and completely low carb.
