How to make it

Peel and crush garlic and ginger. Chop the sausage and set aside.

Saute crushed garlic, ginger, and onions.

Fry sausages until brown on all sides.

Add tomatoes and tomato sauce.

Add turmeric, paprika, thyme, cumin, salt, and cayenne pepper.

Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.

You can make this stew as spicy as you wish or omit the cayenne pepper and make it mild.
