    🥫 Storing and Reheating

Leftover steak bites can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.

Then, to reheat leftovers, you can either place them on a baking sheet and warm them in the oven or put them back into your air fryer for another few minutes.

    💭 Tips and Variations

    • Let the cooked seasoned steak rest before slicing it into bite-size pieces. This will help lock in the juices and ensure your steak bites are tender and juicy.
    • If you don't have any of the spices listed, feel free to substitute with whatever you have on hand – Italian seasoning or garlic salt would be great alternatives.
    • For an extra flavor burst, try adding Worcestershire sauce or a little melted butter to the steak pieces before air frying.
    • For a heartier meal, serve these air fryer steak bites alongside some air fryer mushrooms or asparagus for a delicious dinner!
    • If using skirt steak or stew meat instead of steak, you may need to cook for a few minutes longer.
    • If you prefer your steak cooked more than medium doneness, simply adjust the cooking time accordingly.
    • Use some fresh herbs like rosemary, parsley, or thyme.
    • Mix some melted butter, lemon juice, and garlic salt in a small bowl for an extra flavorful sauce. Drizzle it over the finished steak bites for an added layer of flavor!

    👩‍🍳 Frequently asked questions

Do steaks do well in an air fryer?

The air fryer is the perfect way to get a juicy, tender steak with minimal cooking time. The air fryer works its magical steak-cooking powers by blowing hot air over and around your steak, leaving it looking and tasting great.

What is the best steak for an air fryer?

Sirloin steak is the way to go when air frying. With the airy fryer, you'll be enjoying some delicious, juicy sirloin steak bites cooked to perfection in minutes!

Does air frying steak dry it out?

With an air fryer, your steak will be cooked quickly due to the hot surface, giving you a juicy inside that won't get overcooked.

But be careful - the combination of high heat and fast-moving air can make your steak dry if you don't take it out at the right time. Watch your steak closely as it cooks to ensure it's not drying out.
