    • Blue cheese crumbles: This is the main ingredient in the blue cheese dressing. The unique taste of blue cheese separates it from others and makes this dressing awesome! You can really use any type of blue cheese, but every variety will change the flavor slightly.

    Store this easy keto blue cheese dressing recipe for longer by freezing it in an airtight container. However, I won't recommend freezing it. Keto blue cheese dressing is best served freshly made. Freezing and later thawing it might change its texture and taste. 

    If you choose to freeze it, put it in the fridge overnight to thaw it. Once defrosted, it's best served cold, so there's no need to reheat it.

    • If you like chunky blue cheese dressing, blend all the ingredients except ⅓ of the blue cheese crumbles. Add the chunks of blue cheese last, and mix gently.
    • You will know the low-carb blue cheese dressing has gone bad when it tastes and looks funny and mold starts to grow on it.
    • Also, you can use a food processor or immersion blender for this easy recipe. Whichever you choose will work well.
